Our Place The North Shore of Auckland

The North Shore across the Harbour bridge from New Zealand’s biggest city Auckland.

The North Shore has been blessed with a string of beautiful safe beaches along it’s east coast, where all water sports can be enjoyed by all ages. There are beach, coastal and cliff top walk ways where one can stroll or run between the beaches and coastal villages. Some of Auckland’s most expensive homes border the coastline of the North Shore.

Our coastal villages range from a corner convenience store and restaurant to full services but all provide indoor outdoor dining enjoyed all year round.

Takapuna Beach is in close proximate to Auckland city and provides full facilities including movie theatres and The Bruce Mason Centre great for live shows, conferences or functions.

Milford and Takapuna Beach are unique suburbs they both border Pupuke Lake and enjoy wonderful beaches only minutes from each other.

We enjoy the past in Suburbs like Devonport, Birkenhead and Northcote where quick access to Auckland is by a ferry. Character homes in these areas have been lovingly restored.

The North Shore can offer the “country” lifestyle yet close to quick access to the business areas of both the North Shore and Auckland in areas like Greenhithe, Albany and Coatesville.

Our fastest growing area is Albany with large modern homes.

The ever growing Massey University, the North Harbour Stadium, home of North Harbour Rugby and the Mega retail/commercial/Industrial centre, where our newest shopping mall and entertainment centre with cafes and bars is well established.

The Western North Shore with it's more affordable housing is very diverse with the many “new” New Zealanders adding to the culture mix that makes these areas special with their ethnic supermarkets, specialty shops and restaurants.

If you have a love of beaches, smaller communities and yet don’t mind commuting to the North Shore for business then the Hibiscus Coast can offer this. The Northern Motorway extension means a quick drive from the coast has you in the hub of the North Shore very quickly.
